Return policy​

Thank you to anyone that has purchased from my small business. It is greatly appreciated. Project potential strives for customer satisfaction with every purchase made. If Unfortunately you have received anything you are not satisfied with and need to process a return, here is our policy:

 

The product must be sent back within 2 weeks ( 14 days ) of delivery. The product must be in its original unopened packaging,in unused condition. Customers must provide an invoice of the order, and cover the return shipping cost. Customers can then get an exchange or obtain Store credit equaling what was returned.
